The Tilsworth Clinic provides a range of treatments and services. This page outlines the types of treatments we offer and their corresponding prices. We provide treatment at the Clinic, as well as home visits and tele-health consultations (video or telephone appointments).
Appointments at the Tilsworth Clinic
New Patient – Initial osteopathy consultation
Clinic consultation: £79 (1st Jan, 2026)
(Suitable for adults and children over 10 years old) .

Your first osteopathic visit will include:
- Thorough medical history taking
- Assessment (clinical examination, gait analysis, musculoskeletal examination)
- Treatment plan discussion
- Hands-on treatment including mobilisation of joints, manipulations, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular techniques, soft-tissue, sports massage, ultrasound, Kinesiology taping.
- Exercise prescription (when appropriate) – pdf sent via email to promote self-management
The appointment will last up to 1h.

Returning Patients – Osteopathy Follow ups
This is a continuation of the treatment plan discussed with your osteopath.
Depending on your diagnosis, frequent shorter sessions may be more suitable and will be charged £60.00. These can be booked in and organised with your practitioner once a treatment plan has been agreed between yourself and your osteopath. This option is only available to book online or directly with your osteopath.
Longer sessions are also available if additional sports massage is requested into the session or multiple areas are treated (see below).
Your practitioner will advise you accordingly to ensure the best results.

Appointments at home
Home Visits
For any at-home appointments, a portable medical couch is brought into your home, and PPE is worn by the practitioner.
Please note: Travel charges may apply for locations over 10-mile radius from The Tilsworth Clinic, Chalfont-Saint-Giles.

Your first osteopathic visit will last 1h and will include:

Follow-ups: £82.50
This is a continuation of the treatment plan discussed with your osteopath.
Appointments vary from 30 to 60 min, depending on the condition with which you present and the treatment required. It will include hands-on osteopathic techniques, as-well as exercise rehabilitation. Longer sessions are also available if additional sports massage is requested into the session. Your practitioner will advise you accordingly to ensure the best results.
Tele-health Consultations – Telephone and video appointments
15-30 minutes – £26
These appointments take place via a telephone or video call.
These may be suitable option if you want to avoid contact with others for health and safety reasons.
You can also book a tele-health consultation if you need help with your at-home osteopathic exercises.
During these consultations, we will:
- Discuss your symptoms and problems
- Assess you by asking you to perform specific movements
- Explain your working diagnosis and provide advice
- Suggest and guide you through at-home osteopathic exercises
After your consultation, you will receive a detailed exercise programme and manual therapy techniques tailored to your needs via email.
Please note: If a telephone or video consultation does not allows us to make relevant clinical observations/examinations and provide clinically-based advice, then we will refer patients for a face to face consultation (unless they are required to self-isolate).
